Soapstone Cottage
We worked on an adorable cottage in Tomball that had the charm throughout. Sadly the kitchen didn’t match the existing vibe so we were lucky enough to help with that. After debating over countertops our homeowner happily decided on this Italian soapstone.
We repurposed the cabinets with a fresh coat of paint but redid the countertop, backsplash, sink & faucet. This minimal upgrade made a dramatic difference. Going with a deep green lower countertop and a softer upper cabinet created a bit of drama in the space without making it feel dark. Adding a small textured subway tile allowed for an elegant yet timeless option. Nothing adds charm like a champagne gold bridge faucet to make this tiny kitchen feel like home.
