Initial Consultation.

During our initial consultation we will go over the space you intend to upgrade. We’ll discuss the problems that you currently have and what you would ideally like to achieve. Sarah will go over a general process for this specific area and how we respect you and your home during the entire process. It is always a good idea to come prepared to our fist meeting, in order to ensure we are all on the same page by having some design they’d like to implement into their home.

Design process.

Once you are an active client we start the design stage. This is the fun part where you receive real selections tailored to your space. We then dive into a design meet where we come to your home and bring the samples into the space for a better decision. As our client, you will not have to go out and search for tiles, plumbing trim or hardware ideas because take care of those tasks for you. We only ask that you visit a show room and walk through a slab yard if you desire. We cater each design session to our clients needs and schedules.

The remodel.

We will begin the remodeling stage once the design work is completed and all selections have been delivered. No demolition begins until all materials have been delivered or we have a solid ETA. We stick to a strict timeline to ensure we are in and out of your home in a timely manner. Our clients receive daily updates either in person or via text so everyone is on the same page of the process. To ensure no miscommunication, all changes are required in writing. All of our trades have been hand picked for each project and are just as respectful of our clients homes are we are.
